Terms & Conditions

1. About Reefa Genetics

The company is based in Tenerife.

If you want to get in touch with us, send an email to info@reefagenetics.com with your case and your contact details, and you will hear from us shortly.

2. Order

When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and delivery address.

If there is any error in the order confirmation, you should immediately contact us by email to info@reefagenetics.com.

Pre-orders are sent out just before release or as soon as the product comes into our warehouse.
Orders containing pre-orders and products that have already been launched are treated as separate orders, additional shipping charges apply.

As long as the item has not been picked up in the store or sent by us, you can cancel your item. Contact us at info@reefagenetics.com. Enter cancellation in the message field and then enter in the email order number / invoice number to which the cancellation refers. You always get an answer from us. If you have paid by card or other payment solution, we will deduct 4% of the purchase price before repayment to cover the costs we have in connection with card purchases etc.

3. Delivery

Our normal delivery times are 7-14 days. NOTE! Orders placed on weekends will be sent no earlier than the Monday after.

Orders are sent as soon as possible, provided that all products in the order are in stock. If any product in your order has a delivery time of 3 or more days, the entire order will be shipped when all the products have come to our warehouse. Please note in your order if you want part delivery, extra shipping fee will be added.

If delays in delivery should occur (without us notifying you of longer delivery time), please contact us at e-mail address: info@reefagenetics.com.

Smaller packages are delivered to your mailbox / mailbox. Larger packages are delivered to your delivery point.

For packages that has not been picked up, we will deduct EUR 25 on your refund to cover any costs incurred.

4. Rates

All prices in the store are stated in EUR and all prices are inclusive of 25% VAT.

We reserve the right for price changes caused by supplier price changes, error prints in the price list and errors in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.

Identification, adaptation and risk assessment

In order to safely identify you and prevent unauthorized use or abuse of Stripe and to comply with the requirements in accordance with good credit standards, Stripe needs to secure your identity. Stripe collects additional information such as social security number, name and address and, when selecting credit options, credit information from different suppliers. Stripe also needs to use the information that you may have provided in previous purchases, publicly available information on the Internet and information on how you have previously met our payment terms, in order to make a risk assessment. Stripe automatically adjusts the risk assessment, and thus the design of the service, every time you use the service and you do not need to enter more information than necessary. In some cases, Stripe’s previously stated and approved address will be displayed to you as soon as you enter your e-mail address and postal code.
